Portableapps.com has a version for download here: https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/falkon-portable There hasn't been a release in over a year though. Current version is using Chrome 69, which is way outdated.

  5. It is a very good browser. It doesn't support any extensions. There is an ad blocker built in that you can enable. It does support plug-ins that are in its settings, but that's about it. You can mess around the settings as it has a bunch of them. It integrates really well with KDE. I use it daily. 7. Reply.

It's packaged in PortableApps.com Format so it can easily integrate with the PortableApps.com Platform. And it's open source and completely free.
