Dennis Frank Wise (born 16 December 1966) is an English former professional football player and manager who played as a central midfielder. He is best known for having spent the majority of his career at Chelsea, from 1990 to 2001.

Dennis Wise is in the top 10 for highest appearance makers in Chelsea history and one of the most successful captains. Originally signed from Wimbledon as a wide man, Wise was soon converted to a central midfielder. Despite his slight stature, Dennis's tough tackling and combative nature made him ideal for the role.
