Synopsis. Tommy Fortnum is an eleven year old boy who recieves a special delivery package from a house of novelties. It contains mushrooms. Tommy's dad, Hugh begins to worry about the mushroom when people in his neighborhood start disappearing.

Summary Alfred Hitchcock Presents was a mystery and suspense anthology hosted by the master of supsense Alfred Hitchcock. Each 30 minute episode included opening and closing vingettes featuring Hitchcock who would often explain some aspect of the day's show and would often offer subtle (or not so subtle) jabs at the shows sponsors.
Synopsis by Hal Erickson. Suburbanites Bill and Cynthia Fortnam (Steve Dunne, Beatrice Straight) are a tad surprised when their 11-year-old son, Tom (Peter Lazer), receives a special-delivery package. The package turns out to contain mushroom seeds, which the industrious Tom plants and cultivates in the cellar.
