17 de oct. de 2023 · There are no Open Qualifiers for The International 2023. This is to prevent qualification shortcuts. However, all Regional Leagues will have an Open Qualifier tournament for their Division II spots, meaning that the 3rd DPC Tour's Open Qualifiers will essentially act as TI Open Qualifiers.

The tournament ran from October 12 until the Grand Finals on October 29, 2023. A total of 20 teams qualified to compete in The International with 12 teams qualifying through the Dota Pro Circuit while 8 teams qualified through the regional qualifiers.
