Victor Talking Machine Company (en español: compañía Máquina Parlante Victor) fue una compañía discográfica que existió desde 1901 hasta 1930, año en que fue vendida a la RCA, formándose después como RCA Victor. 1 Fue líder en la industria del gramófono y en grabaciones en disco en Estados Unidos y una de las dominantes en el resto del mundo.
En ese entonces la compañía se convirtió en RCA Victor pero retuvo el uso del nombre Victor Records en sus discográficas hasta comienzos de 1946, cuando las discográficas fueron finalmente fusionadas con RCA Victor. Con Victor, RCA adquirió los derechos de Nuevo Mundo a la famosa marca HMV de Nipper en Shanghái, China.
