Each College in the University is an independent self-governing body, with its own mission and values, constitution, endowments and income. The College chooses its own students and elects its own Master and Fellows (faculty).

The Vision of JESUS COLLEGE - To equip Trainers (Ministry & Business Leaders) to mentor Leaders (Senior Apprentices) to disciple Apprentices to Master love.
In recent decades, Jesuits have broadened this mission in part by reaching out to high school students in urban America. Dozens of these schools — either sponsored by the order or otherwise modeled on Jesuit education — have been started around the country.
Two gestures are characteristic of Jesus' mission: healing and forgiving. Jesus' many healings clearly show his great compassion in the face of human distress, but they also signify that in the kingdom there will no longer be sickness or suffering, and that his mission, from the very beginning, is meant to free people from these evils.
