While you can find this in chests and from mobs, there are more reliable ways of obtaining it with a villager or Enchantment Table.
You can add the Silk Touch enchantment to any pickaxe, shovel, axe, or shears using an enchanting table, anvil, or game command. Then use the enchanted tool to mine and see just how quickly you can add those rare and fragile items to your inventory!! The maximum level for the Silk Touch enchantment is Level 1.
I've never had Silk Touch before, but I found a book in a dungeon and am curious which tool would be best. I'm thinking my diamond pick so I won't have to cook cobble anymore, but is one of the other tools better?
