Planet L77 (L77星, Eru Nana-ju Nana Sei) is a planet in the Leo Constellation (獅子座, Shishi-za) and was the original home planet of Ultraman Leo and Astra. However, later the planet and its civilization was destroyed by an individual Alien Magma and his kaiju twins the Giras Brothers.
Ultraman Leo (ウルトラマンレオ, Urutoraman Reo) is the titular Ultra Hero of Ultraman Leo. Leo is an Ultra Warrior from Planet L77, which was destroyed by Alien Magma. He chased them down to Earth to get his revenge, and encountered Ultraseven, who was defeated by Magma. Leo decided to take his place as Earth's defender.

Ultraman Leo (ウルトラマンレオ, Urutoraman Reo) is the main protagonist of Ultraman Leo. After the destruction of his homeworld Planet L77 by Alien Magma, Leo lived on Earth assuming the human identity Gen Otori (おおとりゲン, Ōtori Gen). He is the older brother of Astra.
Ultraman Leo comes from Nebula L77 (Leo constellation), and takes the human form of Gen Ootori. Ultraseven appears to fight a new foe, Alien Magma and his two "pets", the Red and Black Giras. Ultimately, Ultraseven is greatly overpowered and his leg is graphically broken by Black Giras.
