We should like to take you on a tour of Grauman’s Chinese as it appeared when it opened in 1927. The theatre we see today has undergone many changes over the years, beginning with the CinemaScope Era in 1953. But before that, the Chinese had a somewhat different look about it.

The walking tour of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre takes about 30 minutes. The entire tour, however, can take longer as the admission ticket includes a movie and an open bus tour. The tour of the theatre includes the history and the lesser-known facts of Hollywood.
Grauman's now offer a half-hour guided walking tour of the theatre. The charge is $13.50 for adults, $11.50 for seniors, and $6.50 for kids 7-12 (under 7 are free). There is now also a Spanish language version of the tour.
The TCL Chinese Theatre, commonly referred to as Grauman's Chinese Theatre (its official name for much of its history), is a movie palace on the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles.
