Initially managed by Stiff Records founder Dave Robinson (3), Graham Parker was put together with former members of Brinsley Schwarz by his management and they became a huge and electrifying live draw, bridging New Wave with the earlier Pub-Rock scene. They recorded five albums together until they split in 1980.
