Galaxy 500 is the third studio album by the American band Fetchin Bones. [1] [2] It was released in 1987 through Capitol Records. [3] The album was produced by Don Dixon. [4] The band supported the album with a North American tour. [5]
From 1983-1990. Formed in Charlotte in 1983, Fetchin Bones pioneered an eclectic, original sound by blending rock, punk, funk, country, blues, and grunge. This Grammy-nominated, genre-busting, alternative group sprang from Hope Nicholls and Aaron Pitkin’s mutual adoration of music and their love of diverse musical styles.
