29 de may. de 2014 · Skylark I LE, a small unmanned aircraft system (SUAS) designed and built by Elbit Systems, is in service with the infantry battalions of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) ground forces. The UAS, which entered into service in 2004, is also in service with more than 20 armed forces worldwide, including Australia and France.
Skylark I-LEX is an organic, highly covert aerial ISR asset delivering actionable, high-resolution video in real-time. It enables man-packed or vehicle-based deployment and allows for static or on-the-move operation.

Skylark I es un pequeño vehículo aéreo no tripulado. Fue diseñado como un sistema portátil de vigilancia táctica y reconocimiento. Para hacerlo volar, es necesario lanzarlo con la mano. Consta de una cámara CCD y puede equiparse con Infrarrojo de barrido frontal para operaciones nocturnas.
