Grimm Foxy, also known as Jack-O-Foxy, is the secondary antagonist of the Curse of Dreadbear DLC to Five Nights at Freddy's VR: Help Wanted and a minor antagonist in Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. He is a Halloween-themed version of Foxy the Pirate.
From his multiple renders and official art, Grimm Foxy appears to hold a sort of "Jack-O-Foxy" role. He is a large, bipedal animatronic fox sporting orange-red fur, similar in structure to Nightmare Foxy. Rips and tears are strewn across his suit, with most of the damage being on his torso.

Grimm Foxy is a large, reddish-orange animatronic fox with fire pouring from his body. His face is similar to Withered Foxy's, but with a furrowed brow, smaller tufts of fur, and missing the suit on his snout, exposing his endoskeleton. He has two dented metal ears.
Originally, Grimm Foxy was actually going to be named Jack-o-Foxy. Like Dreadbear, he was renamed before release. Unlike Dreadbear, however, there are remnants from this original name.
Foxy is a discontinued animatronic pirate fox entertainer. He resides at his own separate stage in the pizzeria. Undisclosed to Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. and the public, Foxy is possessed by the restless spirit of Fritz – a little boy murdered by William Afton.
