The camera operator CAN BE HOSTAGED. Secure spots for knocking out operatives include the room overlooking the dock (F2), and the room overlooking the lake to the right of spawn (F1). Just be mindful of hiding the bodies, as others go into those rooms. You can throw the bags into locked rooms though.
Start off outside the house, when you spawn, waste no time and rush to area where only 1 operative patrols there. Wait for that 1 guard to come and knock him out. Take his disguise and put him at spawn for safety reason.
