Revolver es el séptimo álbum de estudio de la banda británica de rock The Beatles lanzado el 5 de agosto de 1966 por EMI. Fue el último álbum lanzado antes de que la banda decidiera abandonar los escenarios y las giras, a favor de la experimentación en los estudios de grabación.
Aided by the 1987 international CD release, which standardised its content to the original Parlophone version, Revolver has surpassed Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (1967) in many critics' estimation as the Beatles' best album.

14 de mar. de 2008 · Revolver, The Beatles’ seventh UK long player, was released on 5 August 1966, and three days later in the United States. It ushered in an era in which the group became increasingly interested in exploring production techniques in the studio. The album was released just before The Beatles’ final US tour in August 1966.
