  4. This is a recording of a Yoga Nidra that was created for a live session on Insight Timer in June 2023. Inspired by the element of water, the practice includes water visualizations and exploration of the opposites of hot/cold, fear/courage, and insecurity/security.

  5. This long Yoga Nidra practice focuses on the exploration of opposite qualities. By bringing the awareness to opposing qualities, and then experiencing them together, we move into a non-dual or liminal state of awareness and the mind experiences deep relaxation.
