The Peace Corps is an independent agency and program of the United States government that trains and deploys volunteers to provide international development assistance.
El Cuerpo de Paz (en inglés: Peace Corps) es una agencia federal independiente de los Estados Unidos. Fue establecido por el Decreto Ley 10924 el 1 de marzo de 1961 y fue autorizado por el Congreso el 22 de septiembre del mismo año al aprobar el Acta del Cuerpo de Paz (ley pública 87-293).
