Kibi or Kyebi is a town and the capital of the East Akim Municipal District, a district in the Eastern Region of south Ghana, on the eastern slopes of the Atewa Range. Kibi lies at an altitude of 318 m and in 2013, had a population of 11,677 people.

Operations & Projects. We are focused on discovering, acquiring, and developing a portfolio of good mineral resources in Ghana. We currently operate four plants in our Concession in Fanteakwa and Atiwa District in Ghana. We were founded on June 16, 1993, as Kibi Goldfields Limited.

About. We were founded on June 16, 1993, as Kibi Goldfields Limited. Over the years, we became just Kibi Goldfields or Kibi and built a history. We pioneered Ghana as a large-scale alluvial mining operator, sharing the passion for our business. We face challenges and we continue to learn every day.
