When I was first diagnosed with it around 8 years ago, there was very little information in the UK, so I joined forums in the US where it is taken more seriously and keeps getting more funding.

I thought I would hate it and was dreading it, but TBH, I'm not feeling hungry, and not reallt missing any particular food, the shakes really do fill you up.

It could also be that you’d eaten recently or your basal isn’t quite right, but a rise after a shower is common.
1 de oct. de 2024 · I believe that a Glucose Tolerance result of 11.1mmol/L is the threshold for a diagnosis of diabetes, in the same way that an HbA1c of 48 is. Hopefully you won't have to wait too long for an appointment with your GP.. Diagnosed March 2019 with HbA1c of 114. In remission since November 2019.
4 de feb. de 2023 · Mar 17, 2023. #8. The behemoths that are Apple and Samsung have both been working - separately - for years and invested substantial amounts of money, trying to bring out their own watches with a non invasive glucose monitor feature in their respective Apple and Galaxy watches.
9 de oct. de 2024 · Jun 2021 HbA1c 52 Cholesterol 4.5 despite LCHF way of eating. Feb 2022 HbA1c 51 Cholesterol up a bit to 4.9 Refused statins at this time. Aug 2022 HbA1c 45 Cholesterol down to 4.2 despite high saturated fat intake and no statins. Feb 2023 HbA1c 50 Cholesterol up slightly to 4.5. Still refusing Statins.
21 de jul. de 2022 · Greek style fat free 9grams carb and 6 grams sugar per pot She said to look for ones which are both fat free and sugar free not sure if that means natural sugar or no added sugar. She said natural Greek yogurt with own added fruit would be best but he is not keen although if that is the only alternative he might have to do that.
