Whenever you is the second person singular or the second person plural, the conjugation of be for you is are. You is not an exception: The first, second, and third person singular all use a different conjugation.
“You is” is incorrect and should not be used in English. You will hear people saying “You is” in different parts of the English-speaking world(Mostly in England in my experience). Do not use “you is” if you are a non-native English speaker as people will try to correct your English.
