Vicious Bee is a Blue Event bee. It can be claimed for 250 Stingers at the Vicious Bee Egg Claim. Like all other Event bees, this bee does not have any favorite treat. It can only be gifted by feeding it a Star Treat, Gingerbread Bears, or Aged Gingerbread Bears . Vicious Bee likes the Cactus Field and the Rose Field.

Rogue Vicious Bee is a Mini-Boss that can spawn in the Clover, Spider, Cactus, Rose, Mountain Top Field, or the Pepper Patch. Rogue Vicious Bee has a higher chance of spawning during nighttime and is guaranteed to spawn if a Night Bell is used.

For you, your best chance right now is to keep hunting vicious bee's, especially since you can't buy precise bee anymore. It'll take a long time where your at now, but there's a rare chance you'll get stingers from the Night Time Memory Match.
Vicious Bee is a blue event bee that can be collected by saving up 250 stingers and claiming it at the Vicious bee wanted area (Right side of Spider Field). You can buy Stingers from the 20 Bees Ant Field gate by spending tickets (10 per stinger) or kill Rogue Vicious Bee to get them.
