If you look at the character model of Drake in the game, the watch strap is actually dark brown with a black buckle. The strap from the JR1511 model works well. Another fun fact: he also has the watch strap attached backwards 🤣
Nates Watch in U4 is a combination of 2 different Fossil watches. It's a particular face mixed with a different band. The closest I've found is FS4616 but the band is wrong. So you would need to try to find a more accurate watch band.
