It's a great seed for beginners, this is my first playthrough, in 2 minutes I had a super gas mask, s nav ultimate, level 3 keycard, and small first aid kit. If you turn right in the first room you get the room where you get a level 2 keycard.
An SCP: Containment Breach Remastered seed I came across that is best for new speedrunners is: quwn2, you have the gas mask and a level 0 card to the left of spawn and 914 to the right of spawn with a security closet past it, and a light security area. so you can instantly grab a level one and two card and then head towards 914.
