Satoru is described by Randal as having "anime boy eyes" and is notable for most likely being modelled after a generic anime boy. He is typically depicted with a boxcutter which is used as a weapon. Satoru appreciates Randal very much and is slightly rude to the others. Randal is also his only friend who created him.

Plot Summary. Ranfren is about an unhinged family containing Randal Ivory (Protagonist), Luther Von Ivory (Randal's brother), Nyon ( Catman ), Nyen (Catman) and Sebastian (Randal's human pet.) One of the major entity groups appeared in LUCID 17 through LUCID 21 known as the Ratmen.
Cap: Satoru Tsukada is a reoccuring character within Randal's dreams, and it becomes so due to Randal's abilities that he became more prominent and started gaining his own consciousness. Hence he is a dream entity but it's only within Randal's own dreams you are able to meet the original one.
