12 de abr. de 2021 · After the glitch happens, pause the game, open task manager, right click on Prototype 2 and click on "set processor affinity"; turn off all CPU's except CPU 0; Go back to the checkpoint and now it should work.

Just cap your frame rate to 30 for this mission. Save your game and put your fps back to normal. I went through hoops with ppl saying disable this, change the .ini Literally the simplest way I found out that avoids all that other crap is capping your fps to 30 just fro that mission.
