Phillip Cocu es un entrenador y exfutbolista neerlandés nacido en Eindhoven, Países Bajos, el 29 de octubre de 1970. Destacó como uno de los mejores centrocampistas de Europa en el PSV Eindhoven como en el F. C. Barcelona y en la selección neerlandesa. Actualmente entrena al Vitesse.
In 2004, Cocu signed a two-year contract with PSV. He formed a midfield with Johann Vogel and captain Mark van Bommel in a side that won the Eredivisie, the KNVB Cup and reached the Champions League semi-finals in the 2004–05 season. In the Champions League, Cocu scored the PSV away goal in the quarter-final match against Lyon (1–1).
