This font is based on the Gill Sans typeface, and was inspired by the Manic Street Preachers "Holy Bible" Artwork.
The Manic Street Preachers' most well-known font is, of course, a customised version of Gill Sans with reversed "R"s and altered tracking. But from 1996-1998 they also flirted a bit with this font, which is quite different and more "blocky" looking.
