Deranged (Korean: 연가시; Hanja: 鐵線蟲; RR: Yeongasi) is a 2012 South Korean medical disaster thriller film starring Kim Myung-min, Kim Dong-wan, Moon Jung-hee and Lee Hanee. It is Korea's first medical thriller on an infectious disease epidemic (another related film, Flu, was released the next year in 2013).

Sinopsis. Deranged’ follows four girls who go on a bachelorette party weekend to a country house, in rural Spain. Little do they know what someone had planned for them. The real party begins when the host is mysteriously attacked and one by one, the guests find themselves in mortal danger.
