Scheduling UMC Hearings Judge Bell understands the importance of parties being able to have timely opportunities to appear before her for UMC Hearings. In Division AF, unless the Court is suspended, the Court has 45 UMC slots available every week directly through the Court's Online System.

The Hon. Peter A. Bell is a judge for the Charlotte County Court in the 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida. He was elected to the bench in 2000. Bell has presided over civil, small claims, criminal misdemeanor, criminal traffic, criminal domestic violence, and juvenile delinquency cases.
EMPLOYMENT: 1978-present. Professor of Law - Tenured, Syracuse University College of Law Teaching torts, contracts (both five-credit classes with 60-80-student enrollments); and a public health law cross-disciplinary seminar.
