22 de jun. de 2021 · Carmine Appice has revealed to a radio station back East that an unreleased Beck, Bogert & Appice show from The Rainbow Theatre in London in January of 1974 is going to be released soon. Jeff Beck had it stashed away in his archives. The article also said that all of the contracts were signed for its release before Bogert passed away. Beautiful!
22 de jun. de 2021 · Carmine Appice apparently had the sound engineer record part of the second show for his own use, and it was later leaked and issued via a bootleg alongside outtakes from the unreleased second studio album.
9 de jul. de 2018 · Unreleased Second Album January 1974. Digitally Remastered. Click Image To Enlarge. Although the activity period is a slight period from 1972 to 1974, BBA is called the strongest rock trio and the evaluation is unshakable up to now.
This was the last recorded work by the band, and previewed songs intended for a second studio album were included on the bootleg At Last Rainbow. A medley with "You Shook Me" and "BBA Boogie" was included on the Jeff Beck compilation Beckology (1991). Recording sessions for a second studio album began in January 1974.
