The tower is designed to reflect Atlassian’s core values around sustainability and workplace culture. It will be the tallest commercial hybrid timber tower in the world and is at the leading edge in its application of carbon sequestering mass-timber construction.

Atlassian Central will be a 39 level Premium grade tower totalling 59,100sqm NLA. The forward-thinking design and sustainability approach not only deeply aligns with the Atlassian and Dexus company values, but is also setting the project up to become one of the world’s tallest commercial hybrid timber buildings upon completion.
