18 de may. de 2013 · "Anything" translates as "cualquier cosa" in affirmative sentences, not usually questions. "I'd do anything for you" - "haría cualquier cosa por ti". In questions, the underlying idea is of "algo concreto" as opposed to "cualquier cosa" but the translation would still be "algo" in both cases in Spanish.
