Shane Patrick Paul Roche, known as Shane Richie, is an English actor, comedian, television presenter and singer. Following initial success as a stage and screen performer, he became best known for his portrayal of the character Alfie Moon in the BBC One soap opera EastEnders and then in its spin-off RTÉ Drama Redwater in 2017.
Shane Richie was born on 11 March 1964 in Harlesden, London, England, UK. He is an actor and writer, known for EastEnders (1985), Flushed Away (2006) and Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging (2008). He has been married to Christie Goddard since 21 July 2007.
Boogie Nights is a British musical play, based upon the pop music of the 1970s, written by Jon Conway with Shane Richie and Terry Morrison. Its 2013 production starred Jimmy Osmond, Jay Osmond, Merrill Osmond and Gareth Gates.
