Metbert Jul 18, 2017 @ 10:54am. Before erasing the main slot with all the characters, try with a different slot... like unlock some characters under the second row and see if it unlock those characters in fixed party.
You can create a party with less than 8 characters using a button located in the top-right in Character Select. Fixed Party will unlock everyone, and it doesn't actually lock after starting. Update 2 characters will show up in NPC interactions instead of defaulting to Freddy.
