Arthur's Asuran body. His life expectancy is most likely extended. I wouldn’t say that long it might just be a plot device to make him live as long as Tess. Extended but not as long as true asuras. Hence why, imo, Arthur's body evolved, since it couldn't process Mana, it had to use something else as a substitute, and since he was in the Relictombs, the body chose Aether, that's my theory. As to how Arthur absorbs it, well he has an Aether Core to sustain himself, and to not let the Aether he absorbed flee.
Personally i estimate he is from 6,0 to 6,3 as tessia is somewhat tall and in the novel tessia buried her head into his shoulder which means he is a head taller and tessia peaked her height before the manga went on hiatus.
