Uno de los edificios más eficientes y sustentables del mundo construido en estructura mixta en la que el acero provee el núcleo resistente a las cargas horizontales, todos los sistemas de conexiones, la superestructura que soporta la cubierta solar y la eficiente piel de cerramiento perimetral.
