Noelle to Kris. Noelle Holiday is a Lightner from Hometown. Noelle is one of Kris 's classmates, as well as their neighbor and childhood friend. She plays a minor role in Chapter 1, but becomes a major character in Chapter 2, where she temporarily joins the party during Cyber City .
There's definitely something going on with Noelle. From studying the occult spells with Catti to having knowledge of fatal spells and carrying one hell of a dark side, I'm expecting some interesting character development in future chapters.
