17 de ene. de 2023 · I've been trying to find the serial number on my razer blackshark v2 x to activate the 7.1 surround sound feature because i lost the original code, so where can i find the serial number on my headphones. Or you can find it on your headset box (sticker on the bottom).
24 de feb. de 2023 · In a box with those headphones was NO CODE, only QR-code link to 7.1 sound app. REGISTERED my blackshark v2 x on razer site and when i try to enter the serial number on page, where you suppose to get a code it’s says “register your device”.
