Huw Wheldon (1916-1986) was a Welsh producer, director and editor who worked for the BBC and made influential documentaries and series. He was knighted in 1976 and received a BAFTA Award for his contributions to television.
Huw Wheldon was a Welsh TV producer and administrator who led the BBC to its golden age of documentaries, dramas and comedies. He was also a war hero, a Knight and a BAFTA award winner.
