James Warhola (born March 16, 1955) [1] is an American artist who has illustrated more than two dozen children's picture books since 1987. Early life. A native of Smock, a coal-mining region in Fayette County, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh, and of Lemko [2] [3] origin, he is the son of Paul Warhola, Andy Warhol 's oldest brother.
James Warhola is a painter and illustrator with over four decades of experience. He has exhibited his work in Zurich, Switzerland and other locations, and has a retrospective of his work with Norman Rockwell and Andy Warhol.
Warhola has created artworks for more than three hundred book jackets, including Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert Heinlein and Neuromancer by William Gibson.
