Ida Helmi Tuulikki Pietilä (18 February 1917 – 23 February 2009) was an American-born Finnish graphic artist and professor. Pietilä is considered one of Finland's most influential graphic artists, with her work being shown in multiple art exhibitions.
Ida Helmi Tuulikki Pietilä [1] (Seattle, Washington, Estados Unidos; 18 de febrero de 1917-Helsinki; 23 de febrero de 2009 [2] ) fue una artista gráfica y profesora finlandesa. Pietilä fue una de las personas más influyentes en el ambiente gráfico finlandés, y su trabajo ha sido exhibido en múltiples exposiciones.
Tuulikki Pietilä was the role model and inspiration for the character Too-ticky, introduced in the book Moominland Midwinter. “At last I’ve found my way to the one I want to be with,” writes Tove Jansson in one of her first letters to the graphic artist Tuulikki Pietilä in June 1956.

Tuulikki, whose nickname was Tooti, was an inspiration for the character Too-ticky, who appears in the sixth Moomin book Moominland Midwinter (1957).

Hän oli suomalaisen taidegrafiikan keskeisimpiä vaikuttajia. 60 vuoden ajan hän osallistui lukuisiin taidenäyttelyihin ja toimi 1956–1960 myös opettajana Taideakatemian koulussa .
