Boys Be... is an anthology series of short romantic comedy stories. The title refers to the quote "Boys, be ambitious", said by William S. Clark, which has become a popular motto in Japan. [6] [7] [8] The series focuses upon the ups and downs, joys and sorrows of first love and teenage romance.
One day, two boys get caught into a big fight that the local mobster is involved in, and they realize what true friends are. Two boys team up not to beat anybody, but to save each other. With high competitive spirit, a high school gangster Seung-in lets nobody to win over him.
