Takuya Onishi (en japonés: 大西 卓哉, Ōnishi Takuya; n. Tokio, Japón, 22 de diciembre de 1975) es un astronauta, piloto de aviación e ingeniero aeroespacial japonés.
Takuya Onishi (大西 卓哉, Ōnishi Takuya, born 22 December 1975) is a Japanese astronaut who was selected for the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency in 2009. He spent four months on board the International Space Station in 2016.
ONISHI Takuya is a JAXA astronaut who spent 113 days in space as a flight engineer aboard the ISS in 2016. He also participated in the NEEMO mission, captured the Cygnus spacecraft, and conducted many experiments in Kibo.
Takuya Onishi is a co-pilot for All Nippon Airways and a Flight Engineer for Expedition 48/49 on the International Space Station. He completed his training at NASA, Star City and the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center and participated in the NEEMO 15 underwater mission.
