  1. Chökyi Gyalpo, also referred to by his secular name Gyaincain Norbu or Gyaltsen Norbu (born 13 February 1990), is considered the 11th Panchen Lama by the government of the People's Republic of China (PRC).

The Chinese went and used the Golden Urn (unprecendented in the case of the Panchen lineage) and instead of deciding with the Dalai Lama, it's generally agreed that the Chinese had already decided beforehand to go with Chokyi Gyalpo (referred to by his Sinicized "secular" name Gyaincain Norbu).
