Rocky Votolato (born March 8, 1977, in Dallas, Texas, United States), is an American indie and folk singer-songwriter. He was also a member of the rock group Waxwing. He currently lives in Seattle, Washington.
Rocky Votolato es un cantautor estadounidense nacido en Dallas, Texas en 1977. Se crio en un pequeño pueblo a 85 kilómetros al sur de Dallas llamado Frost. Con 13 años sus padres se divorcian y un año más tarde en 1991 su madre se vuelve a casar y se van a vivir al Noroeste de Estados Unidos.

At its core, the record is a collection of fifteen epistolary songs, each one a letter to a family member focusing on a special memory or a specific moment in time.
