Cee Farrow (born September 4, 1956 in Frankfort, Germany, died May 7, 1993 in West Hollywood, California) was a male pop/new wave singer from the 80s who was signed to Rocshire Records. In 1983, Cee released his only album, "Red and Blue." He started off as a model, was a graphic designer and a songwriter.
