Un Esper (能力者, Nōryokusha ?, lit. "Ability User"), a veces mencionados como tambien como Psíquico, es un término utilizado para referirse a una persona que emite AIM. Tambien es usado para referise a personas que han pasado atravez de el programa de poder curricular de Ciudad Academia.
