He is aided by two assistants, Joan (Aline Towne) and Ted (William Bakewell), who have a bad habit of being kidnapped every other day. Shuttling between the earth and the moon, Cody scuttles Retik's plans to fashion a deadly atomic weapon out of a substance called Lunarium.
