Khullam Khulla Pyaar Karen (transl. I will love you openly) is an Indian Hindi-language comedy film starring Govinda (Albela - 2001) and Preity Zinta (Kya Kehna - 2000). Due to complications the film kept on getting delayed therefore it was released only in 2005 despite being ready in 2002.
Khullam Khulla Pyar Karen. A hitchhiker named Raja, takes the guise of Vicky, gangster Goverdhan's son, and meets up with Priti, another gangster, Damani's daughter. They both fall madly in love and get lost in their adventurous romance. Little do the lovebirds realise the trouble that awaits them when the gangsters discover their fraud.
