Synopsis by Robert Firsching. Wong Kwok Chu directed this perverse Hong Kong crime film about the S&M sex murder of a prostitute by a top-level government official (Kao Tien Chien). Desperate to avoid detection, the bureaucrat forces the prosecutor (Yin Li Shi) into charging the victim's roommate with the crime.
